The 2008 TTPOA Competition will be hosted by Harris Cty SO and Houston Police Department at the Harris County Sherriff's Office Firearms complex located in Humble, TX - September 21st through September 25th.
On Sunday, September 21st, the TTPOA will host a Trade Show at the host hotel, Hilton Houston North (Formerly Wyndham Greenspoint). Over 200 officers from throughout Texas and the surrounding States will be in attendance. Additionally, vendors who register for the 2008 Competition Trade Show will have the opportunity to setup space at the competition site at the Harris County SO Firearms complex throughout the entire Competition. This is a great opportunity to showcase your company and products to hundreds of additional law enforcement professionals who will be in attendance watching the competition.
Competition Packages
Platinum Sponsorship - $3,000
- 2 - 10' X 10' Booth Spaces w/2 - 6' tables and 4 chairs.
- Your company's banner ad will be included in our banner ad rotation, which will be prominently displayed throughout our web site (see below for further details). Web site banner will begin once payment has been received.
- Platinum Sponsorship preferred location at the vendor trade show.
Conference Sponsorship - $1,500
- 1 - 10' X 10' Booth Spaces w/6' table and 2 chairs.
- Your company's banner ad will be included in our banner ad rotation, which will be strategically displayed throughout our web site (see below for further details). Web site banner will begin once payment has been received.
Table Space - $300
- 6' X 8' Booth Spaces w/6'table and 2 chairs (No displays over 6 foot high.)
Outdoor Vehicle Bay - $500
- Vehicles will not be allowed inside of this years show.

Banner Ad/Logo Rotation
As part of our lucrative sponsorship packages, 2008 Sponsors (Platinum and Competition only) will have the opportunity to include their company's banner ad and logo in our banner ad rotation which is displayed throughout the TTPOA web site. Banner ads are placed in the header area of the TTPOA web site and logos are strategically placed in the content areas throughout various and high-traffic sections of our web site.
By rotating images every five (5) seconds, this allowed us to display our 2007 SWAT Competition sponsors' logos over 3.5 million times within a 4 month time period. Even during our low-traffic season, each of our Competition Sponsors averaged over 170,000 impressions. As we enter our high-traffic season leading up to the Conference, we expect the total number of impressions to increase. During our Conference, our sponsors' logos were displayed over 9.8 million times over a 5 month period!
