Conference Quick Facts

This year, we are continuing with our simplified and exciting packages for this year's event.  Information regarding this year's schedule, payment deadlines, etc., are listed below the following packages.

REGISTER NOW

Platinum Sponsorship - $7,000 - REGISTER NOW

• 10'x20' wall space 
• 2 - 8' tables and 4 chairs.
• Your company will get a full page ad in conference brochure.
• Your company's banner ad will be included in our banner ad rotation, which will be prominently displayed throughout our web site (see below for further details). Web site banner will begin once payment has been received.
• Your company will be provided with a list of contact information from attendee's that volunteer their information when they register.
• Platinum Sponsorship preferred location at the vendor trade show.
• Invitation to Instructor/Sponsor reception to be held at off-site location.  Date/time TBD.

Conference Sponsorship  - $3,500 - REGISTER NOW

• 10'x10' wall space 
• 1 - 8' table and 2 chairs.
• Your company will get a half page ad in conference brochure.
• Your company's banner ad will be included in our banner ad rotation, which will be strategically displayed throughout our web site (see below for further details). Web site banner will begin once payment has been received.
• Invitation to Instructor/Sponsor reception to be held at off-site location.  Date/Time TBD.

Outdoor Vehicle Space  - $1,500 - REGISTER NOW

• Includes outdoor vehicle space for display
• DOES NOT INCLUDE INSIDE TABLE SPACE 

Table Space - $550 - REGISTER NOW

• 6' table and 2 chairs

Conference Schedule

Trade show setup will be from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Wednesday, April 18th.  Please note this time is subject to change.  Vendors will NOT be able to begin dismantling their area until the show ends on Friday, April 20th at 4:00 PM.

TTPOA Website Advertisement

As part of our lucrative sponsorship packages, 2012 Sponsors (Platinum and Conference only) will have the opportunity to include their company's banner ad and logo in our banner ad rotation which is displayed throughout the TTPOA web site.  Banner ads are placed in the header area of the TTPOA web site and logos are strategically placed in the content areas throughout various and high-traffic sections of our web site.

By rotating images every five (5) seconds, this allowed us to display our 2011 SWAT Competition sponsors' logos over 11 million times within a 6 month time period. As we enter our high-traffic season leading up to the Conference, we expect the total number of impressions to increase.

Don't pass up this opportunity to showcase your company on our web site, which averages over 100,000 page views per month.

Note - your company logo will not be placed on the TTPOA web site until your payment is received in full.

Payment Deadline
All payments will be due in full by Friday, March 30th, 2012. Checks need to be mailed to:

There will be no refunds for cancellations after Friday, March 30th, 2012.

As a convenience to other vendors and Conference attendees, vendors will NOT be allowed to dismantle their booths/table space prior to the show closing at 4:00 PM on Friday, April 20th, 2012.  Violation of this policy may result in your company not being able to attend future TTPOA events.
