Eduardo “Ed” Guerra

Eduardo "Ed" Guerra is the Founder of Obsidian Spear Group (OSG), Ed is a SOF combat veteran has also dedicated over 21 years of service to the U.S. Army and Special Operations Community, culminating his career as a Master Sergeant. 

Ed has served in various positions as a 75th Ranger Regiment Rifle Squad Leader , Recce Team Leader and Recce Platoon Sergeant. In 2011, he transitioned to the Regimental Special Troops Battalion (RSTB), 75th Ranger Regiment, serving as a Small Unit Ranger Tactics Cadre Instructor training & preparing 75th Ranger Regiment candidates for the U.S. Army's Ranger School. 

In 2014, Ed achieved a significant milestone by being selected for the U.S. Army's elite Special Missions Unit (SMU) at Fort Bragg, NC. Over multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, he gained extensive combat experience, participating in high-risk raids and missions. Within the SMU, he held critical roles, including Assaulter, Assault Explosive Breacher, Sniper Team Member, and Senior Enlisted Tactical Advisor
